Seven Wins!

Designer denim label Seven For All Mankind won $4.45 million in a copyright infringement case against Rational Fashion Inc and its owner last week. The company and owner was charged with selling counterfeit apparel directly to customers on the internet and eBay. Barbara Kolsun, Seven For All Mankind's senior vice president said "I think it sends a message to the counterfeiting community that we will not tolerate the sale of counterfeit goods."
